Notice of Public Hearing for the Gregory Water and Wastewater Improvements Phase 2 Project

The City of Gregory is applying to the South Dakota Board of Water and Natural Resources for funding to upgrade water and sewer systems throughout the community. The city is requesting up to $1,750,000 in Clean Water State Revolving Fund loans and $975,000 in Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loans, with expected 30-year terms of 4.00% and 3.50%. Grant funding or partial loan forgiveness may also be considered by the Board. A public hearing on the project and proposed financing will be held on December 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Gregory City Hall, and all residents are invited to attend or ask questions.
