Notice of Haying Bids - East Well Field Land

The City of Gregory, SD will be accepting bids for the haying of the City’s east well field land.

 

The land is situated approximately 2 miles east of Gregory and consists of 120 acres less a tree shelter belt and some building structures.

 

The hay is to be removed by November 1, 2025. Each bid submitted shall be in a sealed envelope with the words “East Well Field Hay Bid” written on the outside of the envelope.

 

 

Bids are to be received by the City Finance Officer by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025. A check in the amount of 10% of the bid price shall accompany the bid. The bids can be mailed to:

or dropped off at City Hall or put in the drop box located by the flagpole at 120 W 6^th St in Gregory, SD.

 

The bids will be opened during the second council meeting of the month on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
