Sealed bids on the property must be received by 5:00 pm THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 at Gregory City Hall, PO Box 436, 120 West 6th, Gregory, SD 57533. Sealed bids should have LOT R-1/PARCEL# 6462 on the outside of the sealed envelope. Bids will be opened at the council meeting on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026.
