Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission is a volunteer board that reviews and makes recommendations to the city council on land use and development applications, assists in updating the city's comprehensive plan and proposes amendments to related ordinances. The Planning & Zoning Commission meets regularly on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at city hall at 5:00 p.m. The meetings are open to the public.

No person or business shall cause any building or structure to be erected, constructed, reconstructed, converted or substantially enlarged, extended or raised, or moved onto any premises within the city limits of the City of Gregory, unless the application for building permit is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and approved by the city council. Building permits are available at the city finance office or can be downloaded from our site. All required information and building permit application must be submitted to the City of Gregory by noon on the Friday before a city council meeting. The council meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.
