Notice of Haying Bids - Grandview Addition

The City of Gregory, SD will be accepting bids for the haying of the available land in the Grandview Addition to the City of Gregory.

 

The land is in the Southeast portion of Gregory and consists of approximately 10-15 acres. Call (605) 835-8270 Ext. 3 for more information on the land and other questions that may arise.

 

The hay bales will have to be removed by November 1, 2025. Each bid submitted shall be in a sealed envelope with the words “Grandview Hay Bid” written on the outside of the envelope.

 

 

Bids must be received by the City Finance Officer by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025. A check in the amount of 10% of the bid price shall accompany the bid. The bids can be mailed to:

or dropped off at City Hall or put in the drop box located by the flagpole at 120 W 6^th St in Gregory, SD.

 

The bids will be opened during the second council meeting of the month on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
