Notice: City of Gregory Mowing Requirements

To all Gregory residents and owners of property within the Gregory City limits:

You are being notified that, according to City Code 95.20, ALL GRASS & WEED VEGETATION OVER 8" IN LENGTH HAS TO BE MOWED. If vegetation is allowed to grow over 8" in length, the City of Gregory may mow and bill the owner/occupant $300 per hour with a $300 minimum. All unpaid charges for mowing will be assessed against the property and collected with the property tax payment.

According to City Code 95.21, this published noticed will serve as the only notice that residents and property owners will be served with before the City may mow any lots that violate this code.
