Grandview Addition - Lots for Sale
The City of Gregory purchased 66 acres of land from the Von Seggern Family for $660,000 in January 2014. The purchase has given the city options for expanding based on the need for additional housing and business land. Schmucker, Paul, Nohr (SPN) & Associates is the city's engineering firm for the new land development, which is officially named Grandview Addition. The City of Gregory is committed to fostering economic development through available land, commercial and industrial spaces ready for development.
