Grandview Addition - Lots for Sale
The City of Gregory purchased 66 acres of land from the Von Seggern Family for $660,000 in January 2014. The purchase has given the city options for expanding based on the need for additional housing and business land. Schmucker, Paul, Nohr (SPN) & Associates is the city's engineering firm for the new land development, which is officially named Grandview Addition. See below for a map of the city's lots for sale, which consist of 53 residential lots, 12 commercial/business lots and seven industrial lots.
